Applied online and got my 1st interview after 2 weeks. It went well. Got my 2nd round interview scheduled after the new year. But it never happened because of the internal recruiter`s fault. I got the wrong link for the meeting and spent half an hour for nothing but waiting. Tried to contact my recruiter asking what`s going on. Never got an answer and left ghosted. Plus received "extra comments" from interviewers later. Come on guys, be more professional next time. Good luck Tim Siedem!
