Interview
The "screening" interview could be improved. It really should not be completed over text messaging. Would have preferred if the process was at least complete over a format that makes is easier to type the responses that are necessary to the questions. The overall process was okay.
They wanted me to record a video interview. This is a terrible recruiting approach - before you even start the interview process you aren't being treated with humanity.
I have no interest in working here.
