It was a phone interview. The supervisor for this position called me on the time arranged by the company recruiter. The interviewer was very pleasant and had a conversational tone. She asked me general questions about my skills related to the position, and them proceed to ask some behavioral questions: (1) How do you handle criticism; (2) How do you deal with multiple deadlines?; (3) How do you react when things don't go your way?; (4) There are parts of this job that are boring - are you OK with that?
