Interview
I applied through the website after finding the position by simply doing a google search. The next day, I got an email stating that I was selected to have an interview. The weird thing is that, I had to schedule it BUT it wasn't a guaranteed interview. Interview time slots were on a "first come, first serve basis."
If there were no open slots, it meant that I couldn't interview and that was different. However, I quickly went and secured a time slot for the following day.
They did not provide a phone number so I was not able to call them at the selected time so I had to wait for them to call me. My agent was a few minutes late due to being on another call, which is fine, so don't freak out if they don't call you immediately. The interview went smoothly and was more like a conversation. The woman interviewing me was very kind and friendly, she explained the job in detail and let me know that training would be about 3-6 months on site. She then told me that the hours of the job would be anywhere between 8am-8pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as necessary and that my team lead would decide my schedule.
Once the interview was done, she told me that if they select me for a second interview, they will call me within 24-48 hours, which I appreciated that she gave me a time frame.

Question 1
Tell me more about your current position, what is your main responsibility?
Do you have any social services or healthcare experience? What experience do you have providing referrals for patients? Describe a time that you influenced a change in someone's behavior? Do you have experience working with patients with difficult health issues such as chronic heart problems, diabetes, etc? What types of clients have you worked with? (as in teens, seniors, families, etc.)
Why did you apply to this position? (Note: the interview was very conversational and easy and I enjoyed it. The questions from this site TRULY helped me to prepare so make sure you prep for your interview. I'm now waiting for a 2nd interview.)
