HR screening which consisted of questions about my background, experience and what I want next. The conversation was genial, comfortable and informative. The next round consisted of the hiring manager and was unprofessional as she seemed to be looking for a specific demographic. I received a survey of my experience and don't want to hear more of this company. even if a person is having a rough day, please never take it out on interviewees
