Hy-Vee Assistant Manager interview questions

Sit down with the store director and other managers and they take turn asking questions. It lasted about 30 minutes. We talked about my experience with Hy-Vee and where I saw myself in the future with the company.

I came in and was greeted by the general manager. I wore heels and he expressed his apologies for having to wall all the way to the back of the store but I was fine. We sat down with another manager and I was asked some pretty simple questions. They were nice and listened intently even though my nerves made me talk a little too much. Overall, it was a nice interview. I would be thrilled to work with them.
