Very laid back and easy. Just asked my experience and my availability. After the interview I came back for a drug test and waited to hear back. They did the typical background check and then I did online training videos once hired. Spoke mainly with HR. Interview was with HR and pharmacy manager at same time.

What is the first thing you notice when you walk into the store?
Not eventful, asked easy questions. The interview was like 15 mins long. Wasn't too bad. I would recommend to at least prepare for some harder questions like, "When have you most contributed to a group?"

Interview
Very short and casual not a lot of questions, I believe I was only asked "what are your strengths". Answered that and just kept talking about the position. and then went to the pharmacy to talk to the pharmacist about the job and that was about it very easy and short.
Management was friendly and welcoming! I had an in person interview and was hired within a few hours of leaving! After the interview process, there was online training to do.
