The hiring process is pretty straight forward, they will honestly hire most people and are not looking to weed out people. I believe their selection process mainly happens when they are looking at applications.

It was a fairly easy interview process. The most difficult part was finding the HR office for the first time. Interviewer was kind. Asked the normal interview questions and some specific to working in a grocery store and customer service.

Online application is the first step once you get a call back you will be asked to come in for an interview. If considered for the job you will be asked to take a drug screen and if passed you will then be put on the scehdule.
