Interview
It was easy and comfortable. HR manager makes you feel very welcome. She basically asks you about yourself, work history, education, and interests. Customer service is huge so explain why you enjoy performing great customer service.

They were very friendly. The interview didn't take long at all and they had offered me a job by the time I left. They asked pretty standard questions, a lot of them related specifically to Hy-Vee (ex: what characteristics make Hy-Vee employees good?). A few days after the interview I took a drug test, then I had orientation. They were very willing to work with my class schedule.

Interview
Very well, the Human Resources manager was very friendly. The whole place was nice and clean. Ask very simple questions, if your nervous they will help you. They also show you around the store, so you can see what it is like.
