I was called out of the blue and asked questions about what I knew about the company, why I wanted to work there, salary expectations - basic pre screening questions. On that call, I was asked to come in for a second interview the next day. I went in for the interview, it was fairly easy and then I never heard back. I followed up numerous times both over the phone, and email and never heard back from the interviewer. I felt that the interview went well and was surprised that I never heard back. I found it extremely rude and unprofessional that despite the voice messages and e-mail follow up, the interviewer couldn't even give me the respect to let me know that I was not the successful candidate.
