IKEA Customer Service Assistant interview questions

First stage is a video interview where you record yourself answering questions that appear on the screen. Second stage was a group interview with 4 employers in the room. We all had to draw pictures that sum us up and introduce ourselves and explain our drawings. Then we had to build a tower in our teams. They seemed like they hadn't a clue what they were doing and the whole process was messy. We then got sent to the cafeteria to wait for 1 on 1 interviews for them to return an hour later to say they won't be interviewing us today but they'll let us know if we're successful or not within 5 days. I waited 3 weeks and didn't hear back so emailed them for them to blame it on 'technical difficulties' and that I wasn't successful.

First you simply introduce yourself. The HR staff asked what you want to contribute in the company. The staff would like to access your language skills in English and Chinese.
