45 minutes was pretty standard and the managers were very nice. Offered water to soothe nerves and made basic conversation. Overall pleasant experience for an interview and felt more relaxed.

Asked how I deal with angry customers
I applied online. I interviewed at IKEA (Gateshead, England)
Interview
First stage is a video interview where you record yourself answering questions that appear on the screen. Second stage was a group interview with 4 employers in the room. We all had to draw pictures that sum us up and introduce ourselves and explain our drawings. Then we had to build a tower in our teams. They seemed like they hadn't a clue what they were doing and the whole process was messy. We then got sent to the cafeteria to wait for 1 on 1 interviews for them to return an hour later to say they won't be interviewing us today but they'll let us know if we're successful or not within 5 days. I waited 3 weeks and didn't hear back so emailed them for them to blame it on 'technical difficulties' and that I wasn't successful.
