Within a few days after I applied I was contacted by a friendly HR coordinator who scheduled my phone interview with the Manager of Recruiting. I was working full time, however, I was able to have my phone interview during my lunch break, which was very convenient. The coordinator reached out to me twice to confirm my interview, which I really appreciated. On the day of my interview, the Manager of Recruiting called me at the exact time I was scheduled for. She was very warm and friendly, which made me feel more at ease, the interview lasted for about 30 minutes, and it went very well. At the end of our conversation, I was told that I would be moving on to the next phase of the interview process. I was also sent a Perspective Index assessment to complete, which was pretty fun! My next interview was in person, and scheduling it was a breeze. They were very flexible, and made sure to schedule it at a time that was the most convenient for me. My in person interview went very well. I was offered the position the following
