A probability question either to join a game or not
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IMC Trading (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2020
Interview
1st Round (Personality Assessment, HireVue), 2nd Round (Interview w/ Trader), 3rd (Superday-Interview w/ HR, 2 Traders). Overall, the process took roughly 2.5 months from application submission to final decision. The questions asked were fairly standard for quant interviews.

Q: Given a roadmap of an imaginary city with a town hall, find a.) the minimum time needed for all citizens to enter the building assuming at most 4 people can enter the building at once?
3 rounds, market making, quant, fit/personality/HR. Market making round they made us play a game and assessed how we quoted bid/asks, spread and asked to explain why. Quant round was standard, probability and puzzles, with added constraints/variants.

The initial online assessment was on a neuralink brain test, followed by a GD involving a cards bidding game and then a technical interview followed by a personal interview to get the final job offer
