After CV selection, an online assessment in the form of games to test memory, reaction time and numerical skills. The next round is another online assessment that includes two questions that you answer in a 5 min recording. The first question is motivational, why IMC. The second question is a probability question. I did not get the right answer to the second question, but I explained my thought process and was still allowed to pass to the third round, the first interview with HR. I had to prepare some general things about trading, options and market makers. I suggest to prepare this well, but no need to go in depth, the questions during the interview are just to see if you have a general understanding of this. Then, the second part of the interview is a mathematical brainteaser.
