I participated in an online coding interview, which was followed by an invitation to a Zoom interview. While the coding challenge itself was fairly standard, the scheduling process was extremely disorganized. After several unsuccessful attempts to find a suitable time, I ultimately decided to decline their interview invitation.
First Round: Online Assessment (math questions, not trivial, took some thinking)
Second Round: Hirevue (including some technical questions like explain Central Limit Theorem to non-technical people)
Third Round: HR Call (behaviral questions)
Fourth Round: Interview w/ one QR (one huge topic includes different small questions)

It took two weeks to hear back from them. Videointerview, 1 HR questions and then some Probabiliy questions . The interview lasted one hour. With a short introduction on how everything works .
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IMC Trading (Amsterdam) in Oct 2024
