I applied online. Within a week, they reached out to me and sent a HackerRank link to take the coding test. You can take the test within 7 days, and if for some reason you can't, they also offer an extension to the offered time. The test consisted of 5 parts:
1) Pandas - DataFrame (Python),
2) SQL,
3-5) Technical problem solving via coding (choose your own language among the options).
2 days after I submitted the test, I got the rejection letter. As an ex Amazon candidate, I have to say I found parts 3-5 over the top. With all due respect, the role is not software engineering and the company is not a MAMAA. Overall the offered time, 90 mins, came short looking at the level of thought required to solve the problems + implementation. I recommend anyone who would like a career in this company to go hard on solving coding challenges on websites like HackerRank and LeetCode.
