I registered on the careers website, had a technical and fit interview and a behavioral interview with the recruiter, the next step would be a case study focused on sourcing.
The interview was terrible because I had to wait for HR for almost 20 minutes to be interviewed. The interview seemed poorly structured, they didn't know what they wanted from the position and it seemed like they were using me to study and find out what the job did. At the end of the process, after almost a week and a half of delayed feedback from the previous round, there was negative and generic feedback that didn't allow for a response. This kind of bad impression makes me think that I would never want to participate in one of their processes again. Candidate experience needs to be improved urgently.
