One of the worst interview processes I have ever seen. First there was a numerical test, which was relatively easy. Then the first round was also quite easy with few wider knowledge/commercial awareness questions - most if not all were basic competency questions. The SuperDay, which was well organised, with 3 interviews, one case presentation and a group exercise was well-organized and people were kind, no questions were that difficult.
At the end of the SuperDay, we were told they made the decision that evening, and then put it to CEO approval which could take longer because of Easter. At least a month later, I received a call from the recruitment team, telling me they were very impressed with my application and had put me forward for CEO approval, which should come in the following few weeks. It took them 2 months after this to respond to my email and contact me again, to tell me I had been unsuccessful, with no mention of their previous 'informal call'. Just the worst process, it's difficult to be so bad.
