Absolute waste of time giving interview in this company. I cleared all rounds and had HR round. I was told I will receive my offer letter in a week and that week never came. They kept giving me excuses saying higher management is on leave so waiting for approvals and then after 1 month they say the position is put on hold and they don't know when it will reopen. I was told as soon as the position reopens they will release my offer letter but it's been more than 2 months and I still haven't received it. I was skeptical about going for the company after reading all the glassdoor reviews already, the interview experience cleared my doubts. Don't waste your precious time even giving an interview with this company.

I was looking out for job and applied in Impetus, worst interview experience so far. the process kept on going for more than 40 days. I had to keep on calling the HR multiple times, so that we could conduct my HR interview. after 11 days of my last interview, my HR interview happened( After I called him 4 times) then after HR discussion he told my expected CTC is high ( then why was I told to give interviews , if my expecations were not in their budget), then also he kept me hanging for 12 days and then after 3-4 calls ,told me that they will not continue with me. This also he told after he called me. HR was highly unprofessional. My worst experience so far.

Questions are easy, you will get selected. But then they will drag you for 45 days and then say that your expectations are high
HR screening followed by 2 technical rounds with questions on spark, python, sql, dbms along with projects mentioned on resume. 1st round was easy 2nd was with senior tech person and questions were difficult
