Candidates often apply for multiple positions and after an assessment has been completed, we recommend the position that we feel will best set them up for success. Our compensation program for the technical support position does consist of a training pay rate and once team members complete training, they do move to a base rate plus bonus compensation plan. The bonuses are based on individual performance so team members can have a direct impact on their actual compensation. It appears that more than one compensation package was discussed with you, as there is variation across positions.
