InMotion Hosting interview questions

I was walked into a room with two supervisors. The first half of the interview was them pretty much talking about how horrible the company is. How its extremely hard to work there because you must be doing 3 to 4 things at the same time as well as rushing to get quotas. They asked me various easy web hosting questions. I had told them I ran gnu/Linux gentoo at home. They tried to get me to share some complex gentoo compile commands which I usually don't remember off the top of my head. May I also remind you the ad for the job postion stated you only need to know minor gnu/linux commands to apply. They scoffed at me for not remembering complex compile commands and acted like I was lying. This is one of the worst interviews I have ever experienced in my life. They are looking for overeducated experienced people to take advantage of. I would avoid this company like the plague. AVOID

I went to a job fair and submitted my resume. I was invited to complete online application. Then I was offered a video interview. They send me a loser rejection email. It is a waste of time. They need to interview in person. What a joke.
