Interview
Preliminary was the HR Round. After 2 days there was an interview with the Hiring Manager. A week later the second round was with a panel of team lead and the director.
All the interviewers were very happy with my response. It was a good two-way interview process. I really enjoyed it.
I cleared all the rounds with flying colors. Submitted all the documents to the HR. Discussed about the expected salary. Later, I was told that there was some business changes and my profile was kept on hold. Disappointed with such sudden change of "Business Decision", it was disheartening!
I have heard Insight is a good company, and I was excited to be a part of it. But after taking interviews and building expectations one should not treat an interviewee like this. I can handle rejections well, my job role demands that. But it was not expected from F500 company.
