Insperity Software Interactive Designer interview questions

Applied online and received a phone interview. The phone interview wasn't actually an interview itself. Instead, the recruiter went over general information about the job position and then it was just me asking questions the entire time. I tried to follow up after the phone interview and was told they will reply with an answer within 7 days. After 7 days, I did another follow up email and was told to wait for another week or two. However, I never receive an email from them ever since.
