The entire process took about 8-9 weeks before an offer was made. I really think the product is fantastic, and the employees with whom I interviewed and shadowed were wonderful. However, it seems this organization is more focused on $ and not patients. Their expectation for sales and clinical roles is to be driving from 8am - 5pm monday - friday, no home office days allowed. Meaning planning, etc. is to be done after hours or on weekends.
Furthermore, when the offer was made it is a 2-page agreement and in fine print it states by signing this you’re agreeing to the non-compete clause. However, they conveniently did not provide this to me! I asked for this document which ended up being a 10-page document outlining how an employee cannot seek other employment while employed there unless they have permission, and despite it being an at-will position, this was essentially a contract in the eyes of the legal world.
They pressured me to sign the documents, texting me during my grandpa’s funeral and until 11pm at night. I ultimately did not accept the offer given these red flags.
It has been 6 weeks now and their HR department still will not reimburse me for the few expenses incurred during my final travel interview, despite me providing the receipts as they requested. Very odd organization with high turnover in this role.
