Insulet Corporation interview questions

I received an email advising me that I GOT THE INTERVIEW! As I kept reading, I learned the interview was digital and it would last about 20 minutes. So, there I was three days later, sitting in front of my laptop... interviewing. Alone. There was absolutely NOTHING natural or normal about reading a question and pretending to be talking with someone. This process may have been great if I were an actress but I am a real person and if this is the way companies are going to hire...then I better start investing in lottery tickets. I almost forgot...I received an email shortly after submitting my interview on OCTOBER 21, 2016 that said, "Your interview for Clinical Services Specialist - Midwest has been submitted. Thank you for completing your interview! A representative from Insulet will contact you about next steps. Best regards, Insulet" Today is March 11, 2017...I think it's safe to say, I am not getting a call from an insulet rep.

Very fast process but I was very well informed in every step. Applied online and was contacted a week later by recruiter. Very basic interview just making sure that I could speak to my past experience, the hiring manager had already selected my resume from the candidates. 2 days later had a 30 min phone conversation with the hiring manager mostly walking him through my CV. That same afternoon I was contacted by HR to setup a half day of interviews for 2 days later. The on-site interview was broken into 5 individuals from the team including peers and managers, there were some financial individuals and some technical ones. After this session I was told they were going to select the final 2 candidates to meet with VPs and C-Level executives. The 2dn on-site was shorter just meeting with CFO and VPs, very friendly interviews asking specific questions regarding the position, they wanted to make sure the person was a right fit for a fast pace company.
