Intact Claim Adjuster interview questions

1. Group classroom to explain the company's history and values 2. Class then disperses and each person will have 3-4 different interviews with the different managers attending. 3. Sit and talk (casual) to some employees and other interviewees while waiting for the next formal interview with a manager 4. Walk around the office to see the workplace

Situational questions - 6 total. All ranging from not completing a job task or having issues with a co-worker. Interviewed with 2 people & they would each ask a question. Was very intense but a good interview process nonetheless
