I applied online through Indeed. An HR person emailed to setup a phone screen. She was very friendly and explained the process. I felt like they were really upfront with me from the beginning about the salary and the job. I met with five people and my final interviews were with the head of the call center and the head of HR. They wanted to make sure it wasn't just a fit for them but that it was a fit for me as well --first time I felt this in an interview.
