standard process. Online process. phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. Aptitude test that focused on a company process and then a panel interview. everyone very friendly and encouraging. Then an interview with senior staff who were encouraging and asked open questions. no real technical questions mostly competency based. About 2 weeks between phases, and no negotiation phase.
