I applied online. I interviewed at Intercontinental Exchange
Interview
Very efficient.
I had to interview once (that took about an hour), and visit to offices to view the actual work.
The staff is very kind and open, and are very nice to talk to and to share my thoughts with.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intercontinental Exchange
Interview
Applied through recruiter. 1st round - interview with hiring manager and his one up. Was pretty chill, asked about my motivation to be part of Client Support and salary expectations. 2nd round - with managers from two other teams that I would frequently work with if I were to join. Not much competency based questions.
