applied online, standard procedure, for a graduate role typically for people fresh out of university or recently graduated
had an HR phone screen which was fairly standard, mainly asking me how much notice i needed, what my salary expectations were, my past work experience... nothing that interesting.
i was then supposed to interview with the rest of the team, but the HR sent me a date that got the time wrong. when i emailed to address this problem, i was directed to a senior acquisition specialist who was on leave. i sent an email and never heard back from them. at this point i was not too interested so i just dropped it
though I didn't get an offer, i was implicitly told that the starting salary for a graduate would be 300K annual with the possibility of a 10% bonus
