Had a brief phone interview followed by a second phone interview in which 3 therapists (2 PT's and one PTA) asked questions. After the second interview I was invited to fly out to Salt Lake City for an in-person interview...on my own dime, which I did. A recruiter called me about 1 1/2 months after the in-person interview to tell me that I did not get the job and that they had a hard time deciding between me and the person that they hired. I was glad that they at least called me instead of sending me a generic email like most companies do. The recruiter was also open to answering questions regarding interview feedback which was helpful. Most companies want nothing to do with you after they send a rejection email. The respect was appreciated.
