Interview
I applied online then walked in a few days later to introduce myself. Got an interview for a couple days later. HR contacted me by phone that same day (on a Friday) to let me know they wanted to continue with the hiring process and to see if it was ok to contact my references. Got a call that Monday from the HR Recruiter offering me the job and giving me more information on the orientation process.
From online application to job offer was 15 days. From introduction to job offer was 12 days. From introduction to interview was 2 days. From interview to reference check was 3 hours. From interview/reference check to job offer was 3 days.
Interview was 1:1. Interviewer was my potential manager who was very easy to talk to, light-hearted, and just so approachable (which really helped to calm my nerves).

Pretty simple. Behavioral interview questions and questions about my experience with my direct manager. They said they had more interviews to conduct and I was offered the job that same day.

How comfortable are you being the lead in a cardiac arrest?
In person interview with nurse manager. The interviewer asked questions about work experience, coping skills, and what expectations I had for the position. Interviewer answered all my questions, gave me a tour, and overview of what a typical day looks like.
Standard interview with straightforward questions. They asked me all the questions that you would expect to be asked during nursing area and they were super friendly. The Interview was via Microsoft teams
