The interview consisted of recording a video, answering a couple questions - which was reviewed by an AI. Instructions emphasized lighting and background. Seemed more focused on the quality of the video than on the quality of the content.

Felt like a creative writing class at the beginning. Took almost two hours to fill out the first step questions, I mean they were fun anecdotes, but way to many of them. Plus a cognitive and a personality test, just a lot.

My first meeting was with the HR director. After that I has a subsequent meeting with a committee of potiental subordinates. The third meeting was with the person that I could potientally report to.
