Invisible Technologies Operations Manager interview questions

Wow, what an arrogant organization! What started out as a company I was highly excited about potentially working with turned incredibly sour very quickly. Having spent a better part of a day on their application, then taking a behavioral assessment and skills evaluation, a phone interview with a recruiter and then on to a 1st zoom interview with a "Senior" Ops Mgr, I was told I won't be moving on in the interview process. Fair enough, whatever the multitude of possibilities for this. I sent a very heartfelt reply to the HR rep about my true admiration for the company, its Founder and the position, which was all very true. TB, the HR rep, emails back to say they have "raised the bar" for this position. Excuse me, what?? I guess my 15+ years of managerial experience in several startups, an MBA and PMP didn't stack up to their 6-12 month tenures in their current and previous unimpressive positions. What an insulting, amateur response from the company. If this is this the type of attitude and quality of employee that's greeting you on the way in, I'd fret to see what a potential supervisor I'd report to would behave. My first ever feedback on a potential employer I've ever posted, but felt it deserved to be acknowledged publicly.

The hiring process began with an assessment and video recording. Next, I had an initial screening session with a recruiter. However, things took an unfortunate turn afterward. During an interview with a manager, the conversation became one-sided, with the manager predominantly discussing their own experiences and hardly asking any questions. Surprisingly, I proceeded to the final interviews, which involved two sessions with the Head of Operations and the Strategy and Operations Leader. The Head of Operations was notably more than 10 minutes late and spent over 5 minutes engaged in email or messaging activities upon joining. They showed little interest in my candidate experience and posed questions more suited for a sales team member. Interestingly, despite earlier emphasizing the lack of necessity for AI knowledge, the Head of Operations asked highly specific industry-related questions, seemingly expecting me to be well-versed. In summary, I believe I narrowly avoided a potentially challenging situation with this opportunity.
