Ivanti interview questions

I was interviewed at Ivanti in Feb 2023. Interview Process is straight forward. However, the interview was lacking maturity needed for that role. The interviewer came up with topics that are good to know but not necessarily required to know as a .Net developer. Same with coding questions. He came up with trick questions which he must have studied beforehand. The interviewer went on mute leaving me with the questions and I was just talking with myself. He didn't care to know about my approach. All he needed was a solution to match with the results he had. In last 5 mins of the interview he gave me a medium level leet code problem which he himself had a very weak idea about the solution. In my career of 10 years, I have mostly been impressed by the interviewers but this time was different. I felt like I am glad I don't work with these guys. I was not sure what exactly is required to do a job at Ivanti.

The interview process was quick and efficient. It included: 1. A questionnaire 2. A behavioral assessment (not a pass / fail type of assessment) 3. An interview with the recruiter(30 min) 4. An interview with the hiring manager (30 min) 5. An interview with the team (1 hour)
