All the process has been done online, with an online interview at the end. Application online is not difficult, prepare a strong cover letter. About the video interview, you will have prep questions and you can do it at home. It is recommended to do it in a quiet and clean area (same for all companies interview basically). You will have 3 minutes to prepare each question and then 1.5 minutes to respond. Three questions total. Mostly competency questions and might have one about the company, the current news.
