Laid back. Simple questions. Lots of joking. Multiple phases. Overall, the actual interview was painless, no need for sweaty palms. However, the HR department seems to drop the ball constantly. Failing to communicate, they do not seem to really want to hire you. However, then one day you get a call, and based on what people say it is frequent. Expect your interview process to last months. I am not sure that you can be prepared for this part, it is extremely stressful waiting around in the dark. Some people waited more than six months before they heard back from HR.
