First face to face, then practical with your client that you get to come in with you! They will observe closely and ask you questions about your methods and style. Overall was a great experience.

I filled out an application and attached a resume. I got a call 2 weeks later; we talked on the phone briefly about my schooling and previous job experiences. This was my first job, I had just graduated from Beauty School. I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview with the salon manager. At the end of the interview I was offered a job. Pretty simple.
