Process is a battery of tests including a situational, numeracy and verbal one. I was so disappointed as I didn't get even past the first stage as the test was all supply chain related even though I was applying for HR. A lot of money seems to have been put into the assessment process for graduate programmes but why assess me in a function I have no experience or interest in?
I appreciated the speed of the feedback and the ease of the process but I am terribly disappointed. JLR are a dream company for me to work for.

The interview was fine and the interviewer was kind. My main issue is it took 3 months to even hear back about the assessment day. At the event they were clearly underprepared.
