JLR Research and Technology Engineer interview questions

Initially there was a Situational Judgement Test immediately after applying. When these were passed we were required to do a number of Isometric Tests including written, numerical and graphic reasoning tests. Finally, if these were passed there was an Assessment Centre Day. At the assessment centre day there was a group activity, in tray exercise, written test and individual interview. The group activity was a hypothetical situation in which a team had to pick a new supplier for a part of the car. Each person was given information on a supplier which they had to convey to the rest of the team without reading directly from their personal information sheet. The group as a whole got a certain amount of information regarding the suppliers. The team had to decide on a best supplier and a second best supplier and also their rationale for why these companies were the best and the others weren't, this then had to be presented at the end.
