JLR UK Operations Manager interview questions

Professional, thorough and enjoyable interview process with some urgency, backed up by a lack lustre and ignorant hiring debacle. I was given the thumbs up and told I would get a position in April (after interview in February) and then left hanging; I asked for progress update on regular basis only to be let down in September - if this is how they treat you when they are trying to impress what is it like once you are through the door?
