I submitted for the position on the company's website. About two weeks later, the internal recruiter sent me an email requesting a phone conversation to discuss the role further, along with a link for personality testing.
After general first interview questions, (why are you interested in the position, tell me about your background, how do you know about Jabil, etc.) she said that she was going to submit my information along with her notes to the hiring manager . . . and to expect to hear back in a few days (at which point they would fly me to FL for further interviews).
True to her word, she contacted me three days later to let me know that the hiring manager had decided not to pursue my candidacy (bummed . . . it would have been a good fit). Unfortunately, I was on another conference call, so I received the news via voicemail.
All in all, it was a very professional interview. The recruiter did a wonderful job in getting to know me (background, skill set, etc.), and was extremely responsive.
