Jabil Senior Management Position interview questions

The interview process was a mess. I was contacted by email soon after applying stating I would be interviewed. Almost two months went by before I was contacted again and a phone interview was scheduled. I was told during that interview I would be forwarded to a department VP for a second interview. I heard nothing. I finally reached out to the recruiter and was told that the position had been filled. Six weeks later the job has yet to be removed from multiple job boards. During my phone interview I was given very little chance to talk. The interviewer jabbered on endlessly, often about subjects not related to the interview or the position. When I got off the phone I felt like I did not have an opportunity to present my experience due to having limited opportunity to speak.
