They ask unrelated questions, the person who is an interviewer has no knowledge of the profile itself. Overall Hiring process is very vague & even after you're hired they dont give you a proper CRA

When I sent my resume in, Jaipur called my current employer and told him that I had applied for a job there. That put me in a very bad situation at my current job (nor did Jaipur call me to interview). So, candidates BEWARE if you're currently employed. It's a small industry and personal relationships hold precedence over professionalism.
