My interview was okay, we chatted for a long time. I got to know about their company and what my role would Look like but in the end they did not respond back to me.

They ask unrelated questions, the person who is an interviewer has no knowledge of the profile itself. Overall Hiring process is very vague & even after you're hired they dont give you a proper CRA

Interview
When I sent my resume in, Jaipur called my current employer and told him that I had applied for a job there. That put me in a very bad situation at my current job (nor did Jaipur call me to interview). So, candidates BEWARE if you're currently employed. It's a small industry and personal relationships hold precedence over professionalism.
