Interview
Very unprofessional. I passed their personality assessment and they asked me to meet with someone for an "information session." The person I was supposed to meet with was there, but their camera and mic were off, instead I was told I would be meeting with another person who began pretty much asking me interview questions. I was unprepared for this since I believed I was just learning more about the company and what the position would entail before getting an actual interview. Ended up being rejected, I'm sure because I was flustered and stuttering through everything.
So, heads up for anyone looking at this, they will ask you questions during the information session, and it will affect whether or not you get the position.

Thank you very much for this feedback. We have new recruiters job shadowing right now and should have told you that before the call. We'll also better explain that these calls describe the role, give candidates an opportunity to ask questions, and give us an opportunity to learn a little about the candidate's career history. We're doing both moving forward and appreciate you calling it out.
