The time wait wasn't bad. After completing their 2 assessment I got an interview 1 week after applying. As for the Interview, they have this "Intern" do it, (with another person who is not participating but only watching). An intern who has no idea as to how interviews are to be conducted. As a warning, I am telling you they "Interview" you with the goal of getting you overwhelmed by a bunch of useless questions that in no way determine whether you can perform the job, to try to make you trip up, by restating what you just said but misrepresenting your words to see if you "catch" and correct them, or saying "So in your resume I see that..." and say something inaccurate, and to put an immense confusion and pressure on you. The Interviewer just kept bombarding with questions about what I just said, she would be fixated on a single word out of every sentence I said asking to define it for her, like if she was an elementary school kid. Most of the 30 minutes of the Interview was her being obnoxious over definitions than an actual interview. Which I think she made it in purporse to make time, because the time frame for the Interview was 30 minutes, and she probablt couldn't come up with any other questions, and also had no information prepared to present like it was supposed to be. By email they invited me to schedule a video call, stating it was to "tell you more about the opportunity". Which didn't happen, Interviewer went over no information herself, just asked once at the start if I had any question. This might just be part of their lame strategy, to skip to tell you that will be having an Interview, to try to catch you off guard. I don't know if this is the method that Jerry implements for Interviews, or if it was just her, because she was inexperienced. She even was being evaluated by the other person while she was doing the Interview, so I might just have been unlucky to get someone who was still learning. Which is not fair, neither for candidates nor for the company, as they are losing good potential employees because the person they put it doesn't know how to do that job. Although honestly if all their Interviews go like this, I can't see how they hire anybody for this role. But either way, Jerry should reconsider, and remind themselves of what the point of an Interview is. And I am sorry if all of this might sound too harsh from my part, I am not trying to be critical, just honest about my experience and what I thought about it. For the other candidates, I tell you there are better opportunities, and in which you won't feel like you just lost 30 minutes of your precious time in a interview that was a joke from the start, and that's without including the time you put in before to apply and do the assessment.
