Jimmy John's In Shopper interview questions

I found an ad on craigslist and it said that they were looking for workers for a new location. so I sent a email to the lady with my name and number and experience. she called me a few days later to set up a interview. the interview was very easy seeing as though i am HORRIBLE at being interviewed. she asked me a few questions and i just smiled a lot and tried to answer them the best i could with out tripping over my words. after like 5 or 6 questions went to office and came out with a schedule and added me on it!!! so i start working in 10 days and i'm excited everyone seems so happy and nice. cool, positive environment. my advice, go in there happy with a good attitude. most importantly SMILE and the job is yours :)

I walked in and grabbed an application. Then, I asked to speak to the manager. When he came up to me, I asked if Jimmy Johns was hiring. He told me that they were mostly looking for drivers (he asked if I had a vehicle which I don't.) But to apply anyway. I left and came back a few days later with my application and resume attached. I handed it to the manager, he said he would look it over, and I left. I was walking around applying at other places, and I pass by Jimmy John's again only five minutes later, and the manager comes outside and tells me he would like to hire me but that I need to take a menu test. I take home the sandwich list, and when I came back later that week, I took that dreaded menu test. I sat facing away from any menu and listed every sandwich with every ingredient in order and their name and numbers. Fortunately, I only missed one ingredient, and I started working right away. No real interview other than when you can work and stuff like that. Note: I had to take a sandwich test again after a month or so of working there because I forgot a lot of stuff when I was on the line at first. Just saying, it could happen.
