John Lewis & Partners interview questions

After carrying out a online application i got invited to a group interview we were shown into a room there was about thirty of us and we split off into tables or about five each then we got given three tasks to work together and after finishing each task we got asked questions as a group about how we reached the conclusions we did and why we acted in the way we did.

I applied as a temporary Christmas selling assistant and it took approximately one month for them to review my application and invite me to a group assessment. Two days after the assessment I was emailed with a job offer. Although the department I was in initially didn't have the budget to keep me on permanently, they seem to have put me on a list of some sort because 10 days later I was asked if I'd like to join a different department that had vacancies, and I've been there since.
